How It Works

Create your personalized weekly routine in five simple steps:

1. Configure Session 1 (Primary) Enter the ‘Start Time’ and ‘End Time’ for your main study block (e.g., Morning or After School). This is required for all schedules.

2. Configure Session 2 (Optional) If you study twice a day (e.g., once before dinner and once after), enter times for the second session. The tool automatically ensures this session starts after the first one ends. If you only want one block, leave this blank.

3. Input Subjects List the subjects you need to cover, separated by commas (e.g., “Math, Biology, History”). The planner cycles through these continuously across the entire week.

4. Set Intervals and Days Select your preferred “Session Duration” (study time) and “Break Duration” (rest time). Then, check the boxes for the days of the week you want to schedule (e.g., uncheck Sunday for a rest day).

5. Generate and Print Click “Generate Schedule” to visualize your week. The tool creates a card for each day with a detailed timeline. Click “Print / PDF” to get a clean, paper-ready version of your plan.

Inputs

Requires start/end times for a primary session, optional start/end times for a secondary session, a comma-separated subject list, session/break duration settings, and checkboxes for active days of the week.

Output

Displays a weekly grid where each day contains a table listing specific time slots. Slots are assigned to subjects or breaks, clearly separated into Session 1 and Session 2 blocks.

Tool Description

The Weekly Study Planner is an advanced scheduling tool designed for students who need to balance studying with school, work, or other commitments. Unlike simple daily planners, this tool supports dual daily sessions, allowing you to create separate study blocks (e.g., a morning session before school and an evening session after). Simply input your subjects, preferred study intervals, and available hours, and the tool generates a complete 7-day timetable. It automatically rotates through your subject list and inserts rest breaks to ensure peak productivity. Features include local storage to automatically save your preferences and a print-friendly mode to export your schedule physically or as a PDF.
